The festive season starts off on Christmas Eve with a a traditional Christmas buffet to celebrate the festive season with loved ones. Dine on roasted Christmas turkey with cranberry sauce, honey glazed ham, or a selection from the prime rib carving station. An array of delicious desserts await, including Christmas pudding, Bouche Noel (traditional Christmas cake) and Christmas Stollen. Santa Claus will also be making an appearance during the night with entertainment for the kids. 1,800++ TH B per person. Children 4 to 12 yrs half price. From 6pm. Use of the Kids Club is complimentary whilst dining. Bookings are essential. It continues next night with a celebratory cocktail on arrival, followed by a Christmas dinner buffet. Feast on BBQ seafood including rock lobster, tiger prawns and Norwegian salmon fillet, or try the fillet mignon or beef tenderloin. 		<description><![CDATA[With style and grace M. L. Tri Devakul, better known as Mom Tri, hosted an unforgettable evening to celebrate Villa Royale&#8217;s latest accolades and new wine cellar. Mom Tri invited up and coming Austrian chef Didi Maier to prepare an exquisite 7-course dinner and invited his close friends and family. Didi Maier is the head chef at&#160; the Relais &#38; Chateaux and 2 Michelin-Star restaurant Johanna Maier &#38; Sons at the&#160; Hubertus Hotel in Filzmoos, Austria.&#160; In 2009 he was presented with the “Newcomer Award” honouring him as the best new young chef in Austria. Chef Didi follows in the tradition of his mother Johanna Maier who is a favorite guest chef of Mom Tri.&#160; She is the only woman in the world to be awarded with four Gault Millau Bonnets. The 7-course dinner consisted of traditional Austrian cuisine which he added his own flavors and tastes.&#160;&#160; - Food must be a little bit fun. I want people to think about the textures and tastes.&#160; While I believe that the basic menu should be traditional, I added some European, Thai and molecular influences, said Didi Mayer.
