HotelCorp – one of Thailand’s largest privately held hospitality management company in an announcement confirms its take over of the management, operations, sales and marketing and full condominium rental program of The Bel Air Resort & Spa, Panwa, Phuket.
HCL acquired Bel Air Panwa Resort Co., Ltd. including the management rights to the rental program and the juristic condominium management from the Watson Property Group, one of Perth’s largest privately owned land subdivision companies.
